Patio Homes

San Marino Retirement Community is a full service retirement campus for seniors 55+. Our patio homes for seniors are part of The Village at San Marino located on the campus. There are sixteen patio homes clustered around a beautiful landscaped and maintained courtyard. Paths and walkways meander throughout The Village and the rest of the community providing easily accessible outdoor exercise. At our community there are no buy-in fees and the rents are very affordable with a month-to-month lease rental arrangement. Small pets are also allowed.

There are two patio home floor plans to choose from in The Village and each has a garage, two bedrooms and two full baths with a walk in closet in the master bedroom. The patio home floor plans are very well designed with contiguous living and dining areas with close access to the kitchen. The kitchen includes a range, refrigerator, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Each home also has a convenient laundry room with washer/dryer hook-ups and extra storage. Residents are responsible for gas and electric utilities, cable television service and personal phone service. Smoking is not permitted inside the patio homes.

As a resident of San Marino a variety of community amenities from transportation and dining to social events are all available. As residents age and their needs change, there is Full Service, Assisted Living and Memory Care Apartments available on the same campus.
