Independent Apartments are located in the Village Estates at San Marino. There are twenty-two luxurious apartments designed for the active, independent seniors 55+. These well designed apartment floor plans are available as one and two-bedroom models with large private balconies or patios. The monthly rent includes two meals per resident per week at the Villas or Arbors dining room. Additional meals can be purchased. The Village Estates as part of the San Marino campus, benefits from the availability of 24 hour staff, scheduled transportation, activities and entertainment programs. Residents will feel independent in their surroundings with the knowledge that San Marino staff and services are always close by.
